And yes - we are likely never to see things in the same way. Nor will you and I, Bob. But that's not such a bad thing. The bad thing is when we hurl invectives at one another because we disagree. Dare I say calling your political opponent an "appeaser" is one such invective. Aren't there better ways to say you think your political opponent puts the country at danger for his proposed policies. Ways to say that, for all the differences between you, you share certain things. And it's important to state differences in a way that preserve the commonalities as well.
