I agree. We've barely begun to experience the inflation, imho.

There's an old saying goes something like
.. the first generation builds the equity.
..the second generation spends the interest earned on that equity.
..the third generation spends the equity itself.
..the fourth generation has nothing.

and the cycle continues.

I wonder which generation is coming up to bat?
