Didn't Obama say that Carter visiting Hamas was a bad idea? Why should Obama take personal offense at Bush's comment that didn't call out anyone by name?

Gingrich made this point on TV tonight. The Dem's jumping all over this remark by Bush is indicative of some pretty serious guilt problems they're carrying around with them.

It is obvious they know they have significant exposure on this issue. Nowhere in the speech did Bush mention Obama or anything that would even remotely suggest Obama -- other than the characterization itself. Yet, they all defended him.

McCain's response was, to me, encouraging -- because he jumped on it, he picked up on the Dems self-indictment, and he slammed him with the "poor judgment and inexperience" line.

I've long thought McCain might be weak against Obama, but was pleased to see him assert himself on this.

Obama's campaign record is a lot like kerry's, all over the place on every issue.
