Rove is squeaky clean and they've spent 8 years trying to get some dirt on him and simply haven't been able to come up with a damned thing. They'd love to get something on Cheney, too.

This administration has been clean and free of ethical lapses that the Dems have to throw shit at the wall hoping something sticks.
