We The People are stopping the Bush fascism dead in its tracks. That's why it hasn't progressed farther. But in 2001-2005 the Bushies were working ferociously to install fascism on many levels in this country. And they gave it all nice-sounding names like "The Patriot Act". Same kind of thing Hitler did.
