Its not by magic or hindsight that there were few American deaths in Kosovo. Yeah, from now on, we should declare war only on civilized Europeans who harbor no ill feeling vs. the US. It will keep US casualities low. Maybe we should invade Norway. They have some oil. I know you must be very frustrated. You all are supposed to be the military experts but have bumbled the war in Iraq badly, you are supposed to be fiscally conservative but instead have drained the US Treasury dry and run up the debt; you are supposed to be the arbiters of moral decency but instead have been the country's ne'er-do-wells.......the list goes on and on. So, Jozeph, chill with the sarcasm......you're not in a position to be patronizing nor condescending. Verstehen Sie?
