WWAT's latest SEC filing says that they are requesting the shareholders approve a 1 for 4 to 1 for 8 reverse split. I think that is why WWAT sold off to the high 70 cent range. Reverse splits can occasionally be good, if they are used to get onto a major exchange or for some other beneficial activity, but for OTC:BB stocks, reverse splits can be deadly, as the company just uses it as an excuse to issue more post split shares to raise money. I think people bailed when they read that.
