I can't recall what Frontline said about Taiwan. I recall being impressed that the country had been thoughtful about their approach, had looked at all the other countries, and picked the best parts. But for the life of me I can't recall anything beyond my impression. Nor do I seem to have any notes. The only detail from that show that stuck with me was that office visits in Japan are three minutes long.
