Not only did Britain and France not have a stomach for another war, they were not prepared to fight one. So then, if they tried to stop Hitler's annexation of Sudetenland, he would have laughed and then rolled all over them.

So, it is the same tortured, weak, naive, convoluted logic by which you believe America should just sit back and take it when we're struck by terrorists.

A war is hard, people get killed, therefore you shouldn't get involved. Even when you face an existential threat.

How does one claim to have an understanding of history while being so blinded to the outcomes that have resulted from momentous events and mistakes?

"Shortly thereafter, when your hero, Churchill, declared war on Hitler...."

Check your history, teacher. It was Chamberlain, not Churchill, that ultimately declared war on Hitler after his appeasement policy didn't work.
