If we spend it on gasoline, it goes to the Arabs. If we purchase a new computer with it, the money will go to India. If we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras or Guatemala. If we use the rebate to purchase a good car, it will go to Japan. If we purchase fireworks, it goes to Taiwan, China or Hong Kong, and none of it will help the American economy. The only way to keep that money at home may be to buy hookers or booze. These may be the only products remaining that we still produce regularly in the United States .
