It won't work anyway.

Reading Multichannel magazine today, Time Warner's Look-back being test with CCUR in South Carolina, will be rolled out in 2009. More Start-over to be rolled out this year including Staten Island. Seachange was the only vendor mentioned in the article, but they won't have a system up until June.
