Steve, lawyers can help OJ and Phil Spector get away with murder, but they aren't allowed to provide a legal basis for torturing terrorists?

>America's democrats continue to do nothing to expand America's sources of oil.

There just isn't that much oil left to discover here. Even if there were decades' worth of oil in the ANWR, if the Democrats decided a year and a half ago to start work in there immediately, it would be at least five years, if ever, before it would have any impact on pricing at all. So that's not it.

>Democrats raising the minimum wage will continue to increase America's unemployment rate, especially on our younger generation, who need these entry level jobs to help pay for their education.

Not really. A friend of mine who is an economics professor has done a bunch of research on this -- until minimum wage gets close to the going rate for trained labor, it shouldn't have much of an effect on the unemployment rate. Of course, over the last several years the going rate for trained labor has decreased a lot, but it's still nowhere near seven bucks an hour.

>Consumer confidence has plummeted because the democrats are using the same campaign tactics which helped Clinton get elected. "The worse economy in 50 years". With their 90% democrat media repeating on every news cast that the world is coming to an end unless we elect another Jimmy Carter, consumer confidence has no where to go but down.
