I believe they are under pressure to raise capital and a secondary offering may be in the works. I think folks are rolling over their capital from FSLR to SOLF and CSIQ.

Might better to buy puts at varying expiration dates. Then the amount you can lose is locked in to your initial investment. Not so with a short---especially on a high volatilty stock.
