Yes, Hillary herself can't complain about MIchigan & Florida.

Don't think Hillary (or Obama) had any input into the caucus rules. Maybe not the DNC either. Think it is state by state thing. Only way National Party could change the rules is again refuse to seat the delegates not elected by a method that reflects the popular vote.

Hope others will enlighten on that.
