I suspect you underestimate the strong motivating factor called "President Obama". Yes, I know we will all be racists for not liking the prospect. What immediately comes to my mind is: 1) Thugs outside factory gates coercing people into signing up for their union bosses. Workers become slaves. 2) Liability Lawyers running wild as they wreck companies. 3) Tel Aviv being nuked by the Iranian Mullahs as Billions of Muslims cheer. 4) The economy going downhill as a Leftist Congress passes more and more Socialist Legislation. That's what "into the long, dark night of President Obama" means to me.
