Yes, we've all overpaid the admission price for this movie's ticket, and you don't get your money back as the movie is finished.

What's ridiculous is that Bramson can't sell or market a damn thing. Yet every company he's raided since Ampex, their stock prices have remained higher since his raids. That includes, 4imprint, Elementis, Spirent, Nautilus. Only Ampex's stock price has diminished to zero. From a V.C.'s point of view, Bramson has been very successful with every company except Ampex. But from a personal point of view, he's still successful with Ampex via Hillside. Since the "bankruptcy" (guffaw), his stake in Ampex has never been richer. So much for his dedication to noblesse oblige to ALL stakeholders.

Dave, the shares should have the purchase date on them and they have the records, I wouldn't worry about that...What I'm thinking the reason to keep the shares trading as long as possible, that only long term holders will receive any distribution in any or most of the any new IP, ie. 1 yr or more, is to wipe out about half of the float,,so the pie is divided only to 2mil. shares or so of the %50...Maybe that's why VV and Gruber have been mute...Does anyone else see it this way, or do all shareholders get equal treatment no matter when purchased..??
