Most of us that are US Citizens and marry in the US have to have a Marriage License, issued by the State at least 3 days before the ceremony is to take place. Those of us who choose to marry in a church sign two things after the ceremony....the State issued Marriage License, and the Church records are signed by the new husband and new wife, plus their pastor/priest/minister/rabbi....

BUT where the problems are going to come from with the new CA current State SC ruling, is when the couples start moving to other states.

Plus, does anyone know what the rulings are for couples who are married out of the US and if those couples are citizens of a foreign country, but are living in the US?
