I didn't see the program, but I wish I did. What you describe is fascinating. It shows how hard wired people are in their political "judgments". They agreed that Bush was right and appeasement doesn't work. But they like Obama, and the "wonderfulness" of his response easily overshadowed the fact that with regard to this issue Bush makes sense, and Obama doesn't. The fact that they "like" Obama for practical purposes reversed the fact that Bush is correct - and Obama wrong. Too many people have been corrupted by emotionalism and never learned to think. ..............................

I'm sorry you watched it, MM. So many people have opinions and don't have any idea of what the real situation is behind their "opinions"..... Maybe there are more "want someone to do it for me" people out there than we think. Something just struck me.... Do you think it could be that so many love Obama because they think he is 'sweetness and light' because they themselves didn't have both a mother and a father in the home? Obama didn't either, and "lookee....he made it...." Are people going to vote for "wishful thinking?" Or are we all such sheep that we just don't care ..... It truly is distressing. Obama can't be so dumb to try to turn this country into a totally socialist country....can he? If that should happen, we will fight the 2nd Civil War.
