FPG, that's just a rehash of the "predatory pricing" argument. Who gets to determine what the so-called "LTSAP" is? How would you draw the line between different market segments? And why the hell should the government be determining all of this when the free market is already efficient at it? AMD is conjuring up a "conceptual entity" without citing any legal basis or precedent. They're just coming up with self-serving interpretations of the law that all lead to "corporate affirmative action." Tenchusatsu
