fpg So you still don't understand (I know agreeing with it is a bridge too far) AMD's tailored rebate allegation, huh? You've been given every opportunity to make a coherent point and so far you haven't done so. Sniping and insulting without presenting anything of substance are typical AMD tactics so I shouldn't be too surprised that you've adopted them as well. I'm puzzled at your lack of comprehension. The fact that I posted an excerpt from Intel's filings that describe AMD's novel legal theory does not mean I don't understand. It means that unlike you, I am not convinced. If all you can do is insult people who do not share your willingness to believe anything AMD says then I'm not going to waste any more time with you.
