The Alliance to Protect Nantucket Sound includes fishermen, local government officials, and residents of the Cape and Islands who believe that the 130 wind turbines in Nantucket Sound would mar the beauty of the coastline and industrialize the sound.

Even the greenist of the green gets no respect; it is still NIMBY, no matter who you are.

Hopefully, that "horrible polluter" Boone Pickens will have his way in putting in 700 giant wind turbines near Abilene, at least. If that doesn't mar the beauty of the Panhandle just a bit too much for the Greens.

Or maybe everyone can just mind Obama and park their SUVs. If we do that perhaps he will not have to impose criminal sanctions against us after he is elected.

That documents what we knew was happening. Finally, real proof that the oil companies are behind the FUD out there against alternative energy.
