I am unable to access the section that refers to an EEC but it is of note that this ebook was written by another Lawyer and Economist. There is no date and no way to check how case law effects or modifies whatever is covered within.

It appears you overlooked the fact that ephud's entire series of postings today is about the US court case. The article you cited is for europe. I am aware we mix the two in discussion. But mr. e did not.
