I just offered GM a thousand custom-built automobile engines for free, but GM declined.

No rational car maker would leave a thousand free, state-of-the-art, automobile engines on the table unless it had been foreclosed from using them by exclusionary conduct.

Once again, lack of proof is proof of a conspiracy.
