I don't know how many more ways I could say it or how more clear I could be, elmer. fpg, With due respect, it's all your opinion. It carries no more weight than any of the other self anointed legal experts here. You're just one more. You didn't once reference anything defining the term. Don't misunderstand me, I'm no legal expert either, I just haven't anointed myself. Intel states quite clearly they do not sell below their cost and they reference multiple instances of Case Law showing how that is defined. You reference nothing but your own posts. I give more consideration to Case Law.
