I was not asserting that the 60 million cars for 60 years of gas was in ANWR. I was pointing out the figures that show there is more oil out there than the peak oil crowd repeats day in and day out. Someone is lying here and it's the ones who are refusing to allow exploration which would show them to be liars.. If there isn't that much out there, I don't see the harm in letting capitalists waste their speculative money trying to find it. Democrats continue to blame Bush for high gas prices, while blocking any sources of new oil. Actually a perfect game for democrats to be playing, screw Americans while having your democrat media blame someone else. A lie successfully being sold.
