Since you insist I am a "religious" in my belief against ANWR, let me set the record straight. I could care less about "pin prick" in ANWR and I care rats a@@ if Caribou herd increases or decreases. My contention was to take the opportunity to go alternative energy route since technology is here and now. I just cannot see the fixation with drilling at this point where you could a bigger bang for buck supporting alternate energy development. If Mexicans were sensible, they should be setting up solar and wind farms on their side of the border to sell us the electricity with heavy investment from the industry itself. I would not be surprised if China help Mexico fill that vacuum. That would light some fire under our collective a@@e@. Who knows at some point illegal immigration might start happening in reverse <g>.
