Took one quick google search to turn up this:

Iran & Venezuela use oil tankers to manipulate global markets

world-check.com

I suppose one of Bush's aims last week was to ensure more supply from the Saudis should an action be taken against Iran. That seems to have met with dubious success.

Its an interesting question - Is preemptive war morally justified just so we can continue to drive around in Hummers and Escalades?

There is also an effort to completely shut down Iran's industry through embargo. Unfortunately Iran pumps 4 million barrels of oil a day. One might think that hurting their oil industry hurts us too because it’s questionable how much higher the price of oil can go until it does serious harm to our economy.

Seems like right now we need leadership that has a bit of finesse and I would seriously question Bush’s abilities based on past performance.

"House passes bill to sue OPEC over oil prices"

news.yahoo.com

People are starting to realize what a threat higher oil prices are but the above is ludicrous. If someone seized my assets I sure as hell wouldn't send them any oil.

Jeeze I don't think we could invade all of OPEC.
