I have an elderly uncle who said the same thing about Bush and the Patriot Act. It must be a staple of the left wing sites. My uncle proclaimed that he's lost all the rights he had since WWII because of Bush and that he's now afraid to voice any criticism of the government. [This was a man who worked in a technical capacity for the government during his career and retired before Bush took office.] I asked him to tell me one right he's lost and he couldn't give me a single example. And, no, his name is not SrK, but it should be:-)
