Example 1 is pretty silly. The extent that an actual glass ceiling (and no by saying "actual", I don't mean "literal"), really exists, and even if it was as big of factor as the most vocal of the people complaining about it think it is, there is a big difference between private concerns (or even government for that matter) not hiring women to serve in top positions, and the abuse of women in some Muslim countries.

Tell the Chinese Govt. about the Tibetan repression while we have racial profiling in the police departments.

Some sorts of racial profiling are not really unjust or negative, but I'll assume your talking about the worst and least reasonable types.

In all three of your examples your following the pattern of saying we can't complain about problem X, because we have problem Y, when problem X is massively worse and massively more unjust than problem Y.

Also examples 1 and 3 are actions of private individuals choosing who to interact with, not governments seizing and/or abusing people.
