I think if they are Republican Judges as kenneth insinuates, they could never imagine sighted people stealing from the blind. Kenneth of course being a Democrat knows his people would rob the blind in a NY minute.

I don't know if that can be done successfully. Now after that how do you label every product in a store and how do you create a system so the credit or debit card purchase is recognized by the blind?
