Yes, I saw that, but he didn't but the entire section of "D" in, plus Look at the whole long article....I couldn't post it here because it is embedded...but it was interesting....The whole point is.... How much is a BILLION.....something which we can relate to.... We could go to Congress and every person have a bag of pennies, and each one of the people in line could dump their bag out....just to show the Congress just how much ONE BILLION PENNIES is....It would make a pretty hefty pile.... Or ONE BILLION pebbles would work too....We could trust Congress with pebbles..... We shouldn't be trusting Congress with even a single penny of our money. They would just take it too...
