The difference (other than difference's in luck) was that Saddam was an easier target.

Someone called in where Saddam was located. You could look at that as part of being an easier target or you could look at it as luck, but either way we didn't get the equivilent for OBL.

If we don't try to get bin Laden, we never will.

We've been trying to get him for over 6 years.
