That is the problem. The Peruvian anchoveta is the only one that I know of that has come back.

At all.

The Californian sardine is extinct. Cod may follow them.

I can't get too upset about a sushi shortage in the first place.

But taking 10 years for this fish or that to come back really doesn't seem like a major problem.


And what are the people who eat the fish supposed to do during that 10 year period.....starve to death?
