The Greek civilization peaked and declined well before the Islamic empire. On the contrary, while the western Roman empire declined and fell, the eastern Greek dominated Byzantine empire continued on. It didn't suffer a decline at all. It lost on the battlefield and declined after the Islamic conquest. As for China and India, parts of those countries were a part of the Islamic empire at its peak. Thats not true either. China proper (as opposed to central Asian Sinkiang) in particular never became part of an Islamic empire. Major parts of India did in time, but that isn't what spurred Indian civilization. Indeed, Islamicization caused a decline in Indian civilization.
