But let us turn that around for a minute. If he controls what the stock does, and since he would much rather see the next rather large private placement in the fall in the teens than at 7, does that not bode well for the warrant holder????

But let us turn that around for a minute. Agreed that Mr. Kaiser can somewhat control what the stock does.

Then, let us agree that PDL/PALthey will need to do a rather large private placement to carry forward with the arctic platinum project, and that this could occur as early as next fall, since the feasibility study will be out by the end of august.

therefore, would not Mr. Kaiser prefer to see this PP occur in the teens rather than at 7, 8 or 9, so that his holdings are enhanced rather than diluted? Does this not bode well for the warrant holder? My answer is yes, it does.
