He has been a lame duck for about 3 years now it seems. Will it ever end? 240 days is such a long time and in a sense the low poll numbers and approval ratings make him less not more accountable to the american people. If his goal is a place in history, he may do something we dont like. Perhaps he is waiting for someone else to write a new Profiles in Courage.
