Elmat, according to the thread rules in effect when you banned Mq, the moderator was to give three warnings before a ban. Did you give Mq these warnings? I didn't see them. Hmmm... I see you changed the rules (04/26/2008 01:58:55 PM) almost a full day AFTER the ban-inducing post from Mq, to add the following... "Moderator will ban on the spot -without no warning- undue mocking of other people's ideas. Therefore learn where sense of humor ends and sense of ridiculous start." That rule wasn't in effect at the time of Mq's post. And it seems like a very subjective rule, since your thread has always been and continues to be full of "undue mocking". I think you added that rule to retroactively rationalize your abrupt, impulsive, capricious banning of Mq.
