hey creede lets get to the chase here already.... what do you think the hold up is for this company to file what they already have in their files?

lets put the cards on the top of the table already..

Give your buddy Dex a call and tell him to file the reports if he wants to boast he is a SEC reporting company...

Then we will have something of merit to talk about!

I notice you have explained this to him on ihub, as have others......

If he doesn't understand it and know the differances after so many explanations dont worry about it. Not our problem.

I must admitt though, I am still curious why he has refused to answer a avery on topic question. he posted and said I am looking at lbwr to see if it is a worthy investment..different wording but that is essentialy what he said. What I take not of is he said I am looking at lbwr to see....., with I being the key word.

Just recently he has posted on many forums and mb's that he no longer is investing in penny stocks.

So why is he looking at it to see if it is a good investment for HIM, as HIS posts clearly say??

Odd, no?

For the record, I am not attacking the poster.....this is on topic and I am simply questioning his own posts about lbwr that contradict one another.
