Obviously, you know little about how countries get the behaviors they want from other countries, and how they dissuade those they don't want. It is not done by appeasement (making concessions to preserve peace), which is what Obama has called for. What 'peace' are you talking about??? We're not talking to them about war. We're trying to make them better 'national citizens' and you do that with a combination of carrots and sticks. You are so steeped in Bush Neo sabre rattling that you've forgotten how all the Presidents before Bush made so much progress. And how much back sliding we've done under this admin.
