How would they know how much you bought in a week I'm not going by any personal knowledge, not even second hand, so I can't actually guarantee the story is true but if it is... The vouchers are good for a week or maybe two. If you use the vouchers apparently you have to use all of them at once. The weekly (or whatever the exact period is) vouchers apparently include vouchers for several gallons of milk. You could not get any milk in a week, but only if you don't use the vouchers that week, and its possible that if you don't that they will expire.
