Did you miss the very next couple of lines I wrote?

I don't know it would result in below-cost pricing. I would need to see the evidence to claim that with confidence.

I'm perfectly willing to concede that AMD's case hinges upon the quality of their evidence. (My opinion is that their theory is sound.)

I don't think that the Intel proponents here are willing to concede anything, which of course is Intel's MO as well.
