The point is, it was sold as an obama draw, when in reality it was something else. obama and clinton combined got 592,133 combine votes in this primary. (+ or - a few K based on 97% of reporting precincts ) In case you or anyone else is wondering the dem turnout in oregon was 29,000 less than the dems polled in Or during the general election of 1992.....it gets worse, the available voting population grew in Oregon between 1992 and 2007 by 24 %......so....draw your own conclusions, but the sleight of hand in reporting, can be directly traced to a system of compliant interests whose mission is to output surmise, in order to paint a picture, that favors the largess of the committed. Whether its the math of the electorate, the size of the crowd....or a range of hundreds of other media deceptions,it nets out too.... all obfuscations of purposeful intent.
