You Neos changed the game. We always talked to our enemies. Why are you guys so enamored with posturing? It's the substance that counts. Reagan, Bush 1, Nixon, Kennedy, Clinon all knew that. The Iraq study group knew that. EVERYBODY knows that except the Neos... and thus our crappy, current policy.
