Can we sue individual Congressmen for FRAUD? Examples of FRAUD: 1. Ethanol support resulting in Worldwide food disruption and soaring prices in USA when everyone knows Ethanol is NOT the solution. 2. Failure to allow exploration and use of oil in Continental USA under the guise of Conservation when most likely its to PROMOTE the oil price and profit of oil companies owned by Congressmen. 3. Failure to force the utilization of nuclear fuel, the only CURRENT VIABLE ALTERNATIVE to carbon based fuels for which we HAVE the technology. 4. Failure to force the building of more refineries thus forcing up the price of the final product, gas or natural gas. 5. Inflating the budget with useless earmarks solely to BUY votes with OUR OWN MONEY. This congress is so corrupt that IMHO I wouldnt mind a bit if the military took over this government. jdn
