Interesting thoughts. Thumbs up on that board..I know real estate so can't contribute much of substance. Funny that over time oil prices and home prices will correlate highly as costs to construct are impacted highly by oil prices as was the case on the way up in the 70's and the way down in the late 80's to mid 90's.. So how anyone expects oil prices to go to a sky from here and housing prices to decline for many more years to come? Imbalances correct over time..my guess is the biggest losers will be the deflatonists<g>
