Clinton is partly to blame for the declining morals of this country and our recent open borders policy.. The budget, the dollar, the resulting disinflaton and lower rates, the stock market, the jobs created benefiting all ends of the spectrum, our standing in the world... he is as far removed from the pathetic soul in there today as humanly possible whose stupid policies should have made the current mess even worse if long term interest rates were where they should be I give Bush an F-, Clinton an A, Bush Sr gets a D, Reagan gets a B, Carter a D-
