Really, Bush on his own made the world dependent upon OPEC oil? Explain to us how he controls consumption worldwide. What he has done to change what was already there...this should be good... Do you have any clue as to how absurd your statement is? bush has finally succeeded, in something...making the entire world to be at the mercy of the middle east...boy, what an achievement, his keeper Cheney must be SO PROUD! after all, they haven't bought a gallon of gas in their entire lives
