On some of our roads now the myriad local police departments are strictly enforcing speed limits that vary erratically between 30 to 40. As I dislike tickets, I now go exactly the limit and these clowns area always are tailgating. So I slow down. The closer they get, the slower I go. If they back off, I then reward the clowns by going 5 mph over the limit. Sort like one the old learned response.
