Me too. I shred credit card applications that have my name and address on them, and shred every piece of mail that has my name and address. I had to start tearing out the address because there are so many mailings that it clogs up my shredder.

I might have fibbed about the SS number on my DL. To be honest, I haven't checked yet. However, the rest of the story is 100% true. They did need to crosscheck with my SSN.

I support that, despite my annoyance.
