It was near Ticonderoga, or Plattsburg, that I saw the paper plant fiber. I share your love of that country and history. I read a lot of Kenneth Roberts books when I was living there. They really came alive for me. Lake Champlain is the birthplace of the US Navy. Ticonderoga is very interesting. Kenneth Roberts' books of interest.
